At Fast Caskets we take pride in our customer satisfaction track record and we offer a Guarantee for all casket orders. When you place an order we will begin working immediately to determine availability for your area for the best delivery options possible.
We can guarantee delivery of your casket order to within 25 miles of most major cities in the U.S. and your order will show up on time and intact (see our casket shipping policy). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order placement, Fast Caskets will work with you to remedy the situation.
FastCaskets.com is not liable and shall be held harmless for any shipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war, governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays.
Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Fast Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling charges incurred.
If after you receive your order and you would like to return, exchange, or cancel it for any reason, you may do so (provided there is no damage). Please contact our customer support team to discuss your options. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letter to email@example.com. You will be charged the shipping and handling costs to the agreed upon ship-to location, a $550.00 cost for the return shipment, plus a 25% restocking fee of the original invoice amount. Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse location, Fast Caskets will refund your initial down payment less any applicable return and restocking fees within 7-10 business days. All returns must be shipped and arrive to Fast Caskets no later than 20 days from the cancellation letter date initiated. Any returns beyond 20 days, WILL NOT be accepted.
If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent back to us without sending us a cancellation email, we will charge you a 25% restock fee, shipping and handling costs to ship the product to you and then $550.00 to ship it back to us.
We cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custom painted or printed caskets as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return, cancel, or exchange “Clearance” items. They are sold as is. We also cannot accept a used casket. By law if a body has been placed in a casket for any amount of time, it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason.
All refunds due will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once we receive your product (provided there is no damage).
If your product is delivered with damage, please sign the delivery receipt marked “damaged” and then inform us and will work out the best remedy to fix the problem.
